List Notes: The 2011 Laundry Appliance Satisfaction Study is based on responses from more than 5,100 consumers who purchased clothes dryers and measures customer satisfaction based on performance in six factors: ease of use; features (such as the number of settings available and appliance capacity); performance and reliability (including energy efficiency, noise level and how well the appliance functions); styling and feel; warranty; and price. The industry average for clothes dryers was 766 out of a possible 1000 points. The study was fielded between March and April 2011. J.D. Power and Associates is the publisher of this information and the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Kitchen Appliances Study is the source of the data.
