List Notes: The 2011 Laundry Appliance Satisfaction Study is based on responses from more than 5,100 consumers who purchased clothes dryers and measures customer satisfaction based on performance in six factors: ease of use; features (such as the number of settings available and appliance capacity); performance and reliability (including energy efficiency, noise level and how well the appliance functions); styling and feel; warranty; and price. The industry average for clothes dryers was 766 out of a possible 1000 points. The study was fielded between March and April 2011. J.D.
